Located one block south of Chicago’s Old Post Office, the Canal Station project is an existing 750K square foot office building with an integrated two floor parking structure. The ownership group, headed by 601W, intends to reposition this property to take advantage of the value lift the Old Post Office has on the neighboring properties. The building is receiving larger exterior windows, new amenity elements, new electrical and mechanical services, and all new public areas and focal point lobby.
