601W assigned Hightower Initiatives to engage in owner representation, project delivery guidance, and banking-finance liaison services to this $1.3-billion, 3.2-million square foot redevelopment project. As the nation’s largest Historic Tax Credit project, the Old Post Office required world class cost control, workflow management, and reporting. Hightower Initiatives delivered on the creation and implementation of clear budget reporting tools and the communication of those instruments across a multitude of professional and financial organizations.
